Cancellation, Rescheduling & Installation Policy
Due to the seasonal nature of our services, limited installation availability, and materials sourced specifically for each installation, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to move your installation to another available date within the same season. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Your selected installation week represents your preferred service window rather than a guaranteed installation date. Exact installation dates are determined based on first reservations and routing and will be confirmed with you in advance.
Occasionally, installation dates may need to be adjusted due to weather, product availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. If Ms. Holly Inspired needs to reschedule your installation, we will contact you promptly and arrange another available date within the seasonal installation period.
Seasonal Materials
Pumpkins, gourds and other natural materials naturally vary in size, shape, color and appearance. Specific varieties and colors are subject to seasonal availability and may be substituted as needed. Each porch is individually styled to complement the home while maintaining the overall fullness, aesthetic and value of the styling option purchased.
Because natural and perishable materials are used outdoors, Ms. Holly Inspired cannot guarantee how long pumpkins, gourds or other seasonal materials will remain in their original condition after installation. Weather, temperature, direct sunlight, moisture, and other environmental conditions can affect their longevity.
Preparing for Installation
Please have the agreed-upon styling area accessible and reasonably clear of existing seasonal décor, personal items and other obstacles before your scheduled installation.
If you have gates, security systems, pets or other access considerations, please provide any necessary instructions before your installation date.
After Your Installation
Please review your finished porch once installation is complete. If you have a concern with your installation, contact Ms. Holly Inspired within 24 hours so we have the opportunity to address it.
Changes requested after installation that fall outside the original styling option or agreed-upon scope may require an additional fee.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, installation and seasonal-material policies above.
